RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 
We're sorry if you're not satisfied, but here's the good news: you get 28 days to return or exchange your items for free starting from the day you receive your order. Contact us at info@princie.com to initiate a return or exchange.
 
We are not responsible for returns that do not make their way back to us. We only provide one prepaid return label per order, so please take that into account when returning your items.
 
If you live outside of the United States we will gladly accept your return, but shipping fees to California, USA, are your responsibility.
 
Original shipping fees, if any, are nonrefundable.


Holiday Season Extension!

We're extending our Return Policy for orders placed between November 10 and December 10, 2020! If you've placed your order between these dates, we will accept your return until January 10, 2021.


Received a faulty item?

We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us at info@princie.com with further details of the issue within 5 days of receiving your order. One of our customer care agents will be more than happy to look into this for you.


Additional non-returnable items:

Gift cards are non-refundable.
For hygiene reasons, select items such as earrings, socks, tights, underwear, body stickers, face masks and hair accessories are non-refundable, and we ask that you try on swimwear over your own underwear and keep the seal intact.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
